Description of Features

IDIQ/Task Order Management


This feature provides companies the ability to manage their IDIQ, BPA, and Task Orders. This feature is used to capture/identify task order opportunities and build your pipeline. You are able to create, update, and delete IDIQ, BPA, and Task Orders. The system monitors customers IDIQ platforms for new opportunities. Emails are automatically sent to customers who are a good fit for those opportunities. Then a determination is made as to whether the customer would qualify as a partner for the deal.




Email Notification System


With custom email notifications, ETO will notify your partners that a task order is eminent or one has been released. Responses will be summarized and emailed to your staff idenitifying suggested partners that are right for the team. ETO automatically emails partners to notify them of new task orders and enables them to complete a survey to qualify for an opportunity. In turn, you will receive an email with a dashboard to suggest which companies are best suited for a task order opportunity. No longer is there a need to issue an email only to receive and sift thru hundreds of responses in order to find potential partners for an opportunity.




Email Management


Email Management through "ETO" reduces the number of emails a business developer, or program receives on specific opportunities. Information that you must collect from your partners are collected through the ETO application minimizing the number of emails you are receiving to research the partner that is most qualified to win a deal.




ETO-Survey Management/Administration


Use this feature to survey your prospective partners for opportunities for which you are qualifying. You may use a standard survey, or customize your own survey to fit the task order requirements. Surveys are auto-emailed to prospective partners. ETO's algorithm analyzes surveys responses and suggest partners with the best experience for your team. This feature may be used to conduct market research of companies in the market that could provide services and are ready and available to join your team. In addition, ETO uses an algorithm to rate survey responses.




Opportunity Registration


Partners may register opportunities with your organization to participate in a specific Task Order that they have been capturing. The key benefit of this feature is that not only are you dealing with a partner who already has intimacy with the customer but also with a partner who you know in advance is ready to team with your organization on an opportunity.




Partner Management


Find the right proposal partners efficiently. This feature provides companies the ability to manage their IDIQ, BPA, TO partners. It is important to know which partners are associated with each IDIQ/BPA/TO. ETO provides that association to reach these partners with ease. ETO provides information on partners that are supporting business development on specific IDIQ/BPA/ TO. You may create, update, and delete IDIQ, BPA, and Task Orders. Companies simply enter their partners' information manually or upload systematically through the ETO partner API.




Credential Management


We offer role based access and two-factor authentication to access ETO. The system is protected through secure socket layer protocols. Team members access to an IDIQ/BPA/TO can be managed thorugh the ETO platform. Users have role based permissions to access features and function of the system.




Dashboard Management


ETO data dashboard is an information management tool that visually tracks, analyzes and displays key performance indicators (KPI), metrics and key data points to monitor the health of the IDIQ, BPA, or Task Orders for your business. ETO comes with a standard set of dashboards to meet the specific needs of IDIQ, BPA, and Task Order Management. Our dashboard is the most efficient way to have full visibility into each IDIQ, BPA, Partners, Task Orders, Pipeline, etc. Real-time monitoring reduces the hours of analyzing and streamlines the back and forth communication that previously challenged businesses.
